摘要

One of the biggest challenges of today science is to create ideal drug delivery system (DDS), which would overcome ail problems associated with administration of drugs such as limited solubility, poor biodistribution, lack of selectivity and healthy tissue damage. Such system should posses following properties: good biocompatibility, controlled targeting and drug release by external or internal stimuli, protection of active agent from the environment and high payload capacity. Although wide ranges of materials including liposomes, polymers and micelles have been investigated for delivering anticancer drugs, and many of them are in of clinical tests, all of them reveal some limitations. [1]
