In recent years, supercapacitors have been considered as promising high power energy sources for digital communication devices, high power suppliers, memory backup systems and advanced vehicles, e.g. hybrid electric and fuel cell vehicles. Many different materials have been used in this area and hierarchical carbon fiber have been used as the electrode of the supercapacitors in several research works [2-4].
