摘要

In this paper, a disc-shaped power tree is optimized by minimizing the overall resistance under the condition of the fixed entire disc area and the given tree structure. The resistance as function of geometry parameters and the pairing level n (complexity) is obtained. Then a disc power plane is designed based on the designed disc-shaped power tree. The DC performances for solid plane and the designed plane in this paper are compared. The research results illustrate that the designed disc power plane has multifunctions of equidistribution, low voltage drop, compactness and wideband noise isolation while maintaining a relatively simple design of geometry.
