The healthcare professional activities are highly dependent of information. This information may have many different sources and uses according to different moments of care. The increasing adoption of Health Information Systems (HIS), e.g. Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS), is expected to bring new features and improve the healthcare delivery [1][2].
