Along with the rapid expansion and popularity of internet information spreading technology, such college and university scandals as academic cheating, college and university corruption flood the Internet, which leads to a declining social image of China's colleges and universities. The paper starts with analyzing the new challenge of college and university public relations caused by the rapid development of internet technology, and considering the college and university public relations, many constructive measures on such aspects as rebuilding college and university concept, perfecting performance system, formulating scientific communication mechanism are put forwarded.
