This research will be presented with the principles of natural language processing, analysis and Inspection of documents based on CMMI standards. The process into a scanned PDF file used to Text Segmentation and natural language processing technique. The inspection document quality control of work efficiency is validated as compliant based on CMMI standards on Naming Convention Document by configuration manager baseline and determine with inspection manual for functional specification document and inspection manual for training document. When the determine document is sent out to work as a standard and acceptable.
