Additional losses of electric energy in electric networks of 0,38 kV of Russia and Mongolia to the unbalance of the phase currents and the means of decrease in these losses

In article questions of definition of additional losses of electric energy at asymmetry of phase currents in electric networks of 0,38 kV are considered. Results of researches of these losses are given in Russia and Mongolia. Technical means of balancing of the mode are offered.
