SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ELECTRIC ENERGY MEASUREMENT AND BILLING, CHECKING AND OPTIMIZATION OF ENERGY LOSSES IN LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS

The system and the method relate to electric energy measurement and billing, checking and optimization of the line losses in an electric distribution network which has at least one reference (supplying) point (11, 21, 22), connected by one or mltiple supplying lines (3-6) to one or to multiple supply connections (31-42). By it, electrical enegry measurement is effected by electric energy measurement by recording any losses from the electric distribution network by the comparison of the supplied energy across the reference points and the billed electric energy at the connected to them supply connection during the same period of time . The system comprises one or more central measuring units of electric power (electric meters) fitted at the reference (supply) points, and one or multiple measuring units of electric power (electric meters) fitted on the one or the multiple supply units. To each of the electric meters, both central, and clients" meter, a device for time registration of the data for electric power consumption is connected.
