Temperature characteristics of resonant magnetoelectric effect in bilayer structures consisting of langatate, lead zirconate titanate, nickel, and amorphous ferromagnetic Metglas layers have been investigated in the temperature range of 150-400 K. The influence of ferromagnetic and piezoelectric layer's parameters on the temperature dependences of resonant frequency and value of magnetoelectric coefficient α_E has been demonstrated. It was shown that competition between temperature variations of FM and PE layer's elastic modules results in a stabilization of the LGT-Ni structure resonant frequency with accuracy better that 0.05%. The results can be used to develop magnetoelectric magnetic field sensors.
