Every stage in Industrialization process of high-new technology has high venture and huge capital input, venture investment is the special requirement of the high-new technology industry's high risk character. The real option approach is put forward to evaluate venture investment in the industrialization of high-new technology, and an example is given in order to demonstrate the objectiveness and effectiveness of real option method to the NPV improved model.
