Relevance of EEG Findings in Diagnosis and Treatment Patients with Headache

We analyzed two cases with history of the headache with different EEG and MR findings. We showed that EEG is not useful for diagnosis and treatment decisions.While the electroencephalogram (EEG) is extraordinarily useful in diagnosing epilepsy, it is less valuable in the diagnosis of headache and migraine. There is no study which demonstrates usefulness of EEG neither in differentiations headache subtypes nor to identify structural causes of headache.
