A modification which scores. 1. For every criterion would be classified as GREEN. 2. A modification which scores 3 on the majority of criteria is likely to lead to a classification of RED. 3. For scores in between the outcomes in (1) and (2) above a judgement is made taking into account the scoring pattern in relation to the specific modification. 4.
