摘要

Based on simulation methodologies established to size in dynamics a component in composite named the application of an optimization process allows to reduce its mass, its development time and to improve its mechanical performances. This process is composed of several topological and parametric optimization steps in order to converge towards a final design which integrates constraints for manufacturing and mechanical performances. Taking into account the uncertainties (on the dimensions, mechanical properties…) allows assuring the robustness of the optimized design through a reliability analysis coupled with a parametric optimization. The correlation with the tests and the feed back from experience confirm the interest on this process.
