摘要

Abstract: Based on a new idea on total dynamic health risk that takes into account the number of persons as well as eviroenmental parameters, behavior of smokers and non-smokers around outdoor smoking booths was discussed in relation to the helth risk caused by smoking to non-smokers. The behavior was evaluated by using aWiFi packet sensor. Detecting a WiFi packet signal, or, MAC address, the number of people and the residence time of each person were analyzed. Smokers and nonsmokers were defined from their residence time around the smoking booth and the instantaneous and total numbers of smokers and non-smokers were discussed at each smoking booth as well as an index of influence or risk defined by the estimated number of smoked cigarette multiplied by the number of non-smokers. Paths of smokers between smoking booths located in different locatios were also discussed for the possible third-hand smoke by a walking smoker. PM, VOC and CO2 were also monitored neat a selected smoking booth to discuss contributions of smoking to air pollutants in surrounding environment.
