Assessing the Best-in-Class-What Drives Superior Safety Performance?

摘要

The purpose of this paper is to describe a process for the development and implementation of a tool for assessing high performing projects and for the identification of common characteristics of those projects that drive superior safety performance. Once identified, these common characteristics can serve as focus areas that can be replicated across the company, provide a consistent framework for independent assessments, cold eyes reviews, and other similar activities, and enable more effective start-up of new projects.
