摘要

In an E-hospital, there are so many devices and services to cooperate with each other in some specific “hospital rules” which help patients get individual services and treatments, but traditional workflow based technology can hardly complete this task. In this paper Smart Process -- a new business process management pattern is introduced. In this pattern a business process which organizes different devices and services, is automatically generated and adjusted using an MDP based algorithm to provide satisfied individual service for different patients.
