STUDY TO VENTURE ENTERPRISES' INVESTMENT VALUE BASED ON GREY THEORY

摘要

Venture Enterprises' value is not only influenced by too many factors, such as technology, market, management, external environment and so on, but also vary from time to time and full of uncertainty. This paper designs a set of assessment index according to the influence factors interrelated to VE investment value, establish grey multi-hierarchy assessment model based on grey theory, and do a analysis in a case, which provides a scientific method for assessment. By this analysis, it will help to learn the development prospective of the project and assess the comprehensive value.
