摘要

An algorithm relevant to prediction for mobile sink in wireless sensor networks is specified in this paper, through which a comparison of the number of hops, from sensor nodes to the sink, is made with and without utilization of prediction respectively. In this paper, the structure and implementation of the algorithm are presented. Furthermore, based on the analysis with the error margin caused while in usage of prediction algorithm, the simulation results validated that the network performance could be improved effectively because of the decrease of the number of hops it brings.
