Management Adjustment and Right Constrain of High-Tech Enterprises in the High-Speed Growth Stage

Recent years, with the fast development of economy and constantly adjustment of industrial structure, many high-tech enterprises are set up in many places and industrial areas of various forms, most of whom are in their early growth stage or have entered into fast-speed growth stage. This period is essential for the high-tech enterprises to form their scale and develop stably. However, many problems and features different from other stages come out. Research on the management and control of high-tech enterprises during their fast-speed growth stage according to those problems and features become rather necessary. The management problems are discussed in this article that faced by high-tech enterprises during their high-speed growth stage. The main features of high-tech enterprises during its high-speed growth stage have been firstly analyzed, based on which the main management problems in those enterprises were put forward. The relevant strategies are pointed out according to the analysis on inner management adjustment, role transform of founder, constrain between the property right and control right of founders and venture investors.
