Developing the OKSTRA Standard for the Needs of Landscape Planning in Context of Implementation for Mitigation and Landscape Envelope Planning of Road Projects

The Research Team "Landschaftsinformatik" at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences/Hochschule Anhalt (FH), is working on a research project titled "Further Development and Implementation of OKSTRA for its use in Standard' Software and Specialized Applications in the Field of Landscape Planning" in order to further the extension of the object catalog of traffic and road system types of the OKSTRA objects of landscape planning. In the course of this project it has been demonstrated that through adequate information management, quality improvement and standardization of the landscape planning processes can be achieved.
