We investigated the influence of the Ag deposition rate and thickness on the indium zinc oxide (IZO)-Ag-IZO multilayer electrodes for organic light emitting diode (OLED). We confirm that the Ag deposition rate is a remarkably tunable factor to affect the electrical and optical characteristics of the IZO-Ag-IZO multilayer electrode. And then it will be shown that the comparison of OLED performances of the characteristics of the IZO-Ag-IZO multilayer anode and IZO single layer anode by fabricating inverted green color OLED.
