Absence of Pb in solder joins results in their susceptibility to "Brittle Fracture". If the model (or rather our speculation) is right, then there are other (than using underfill) ways of decreasing the susceptibility of solder joints to "Brittle Fracture". We are eager to know whether we are right or wrong. Thank you!
