Management and Control Technology for Water/Waste Water UtilityPrograms

摘要

This paper discusses the implementation and use of management and control solutions for water/waste water utility control programs to streamline workflow and enhance project results. Topics include what solutions are applicable for project management and collaboration, how to evaluate what solution to implement, what the implementation steps are, how solutions differ for different stages of projects, and what lessons were learnt for Managers and Owners. The paper discusses these topics through two actual development and implementation examples of management and control technology.
