PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a fundamental resolution for treatment of radioactive waste water or radioactive substance generated in application of nuclear power, has not been obtained yet because the existing technologies therefor needs to generate secondary processed products or to wait for the lapse of a half-life period through burying, further, since dealing with human body exposure may use chemicals in the treatment therefor, a possibility of side effects is hence remained and influences of cells caused by genetic damage may become concrete in occurrence of cancer after the lapse of several tens of years, the resolution become thus difficult due to long-term influences inside the body, and moreover, radioactive treatment of cancer may incur side effects.;SOLUTION: The present technique focuses on the fact that nuclear power technologies or radioactive technologies utilize the action of quantum energy. Regarding energy damage caused thereby, radioactive damage or radioactive substances are treated through speedy action through ion exchange in which a number of kinds of charged ions of various elements are included in water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
