No matter how good a strategy, it is worthless if it can't be implemented. A tired but true metaphor, any savvy manager knows that bringing strategic vision into daily business life is a messy and, at times, frustrating event at best. It is not uncommon for The Reliability Management Group (RMG) to enter an organization and find that they have been attempting to install work management processes for years. Furthermore, it is not uncommon for clients to report that they have seen change efforts come and go, and like any other fad, this new work management effort is doomed too. It will quickly fade and be replaced by whatever cultural change strategy tickles the fancies of the executive staff. Sound familiar?
