PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary blade for working continuous paper capable of improving working environment or the like by suppressing noise at action, a working device for continuous paper, a powder wrapping paper roll made by the working device for the continuous paper, and a working method for the continuous paper.;SOLUTION: The slitter 11 includes a perforation working part for forming the perforations 16 of set width on the powder wrapping paper with an equal interval along a direction for feeding the powder wrapping paper as one example of the continuous paper; and a slit working part 14 for forming a plurality of slits 17 by passing it through an approximately center in a width direction of the respective perforations 16 and dividing the powder wrapping paper to band-like paper pieces 13a, 13b, etc. The perforation working part 12 is further provided with an upper blade 12a as a rotary blade having a helical gear-like tooth part and a lower blade 12b as a receiving member for receiving the upper blade 12a through the powder wrapping paper.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
