Inclusion of Diverse Suppliers Into the Supply Chain

Government mandated contracts require corporations have fixed a percentage of their contracts with diverse or small business companies. For some companies this is the only commitment they make to supplier diversity. ExxonMobil has a few government contracts in which we are compliant with the required small business subcontracting, but the majority of our supplier diversity program efforts are on a voluntary basis.
