Application of Virtual Test Platform in the Complex Product Design

摘要

During the development of complex product, virtual test is introduced before real test of system. Know from simple simulation, virtual test considers the infection of surrounding environment to the system, such as heat field, pressure, humidity, magnetic field and the factor of operator. Also taking the advantage of the virtual reality technology, designer can test the performance of complex product full scale vividly and immersed in development phase. As a result, producing cost is saved, developing time is reduced and reliability of product is improved. According to the real test course, virtual test platform is constructed to accomplish every step from test preparation to test pressing, until eventually test result display. In this paper, the structure, function and implement of virtual test platform are discussed in some level.
