Assessment analysis on punctuality rate of airline company based on contribution rate

The normality of flights has been a hotspot in resent years in China because many passengers were impacted by delay of flights. In order to promote the branches to improve the punctuality rate with effectual measures, encouragement and punishing impartially are needed for airline companies. Aiming at the problem of how to impartially evaluate the punctuality rate of scheduled flights of airline companies and the branches, this paper offers the concept of contribution rate according to management by objective. The mathematical programming model is founded to get the due punctuality rate of airline companies and to evaluate the branches' contribution level to the company. At last the numerical example is given.
