By the application of CAPCFLEE (the conjunction about partition and conversion of fuzzy logic error event), it can be described and derived that the occurrence, the transmission, the conversion and the rules of fuzzy error. For an example, T(u) = u_1, to derive u1 by known T and u, to derive u by known T and u_1, to derive T by known u and u1, where T means conversion u and u1 are objects to be studied. It can be deducted that the rule of the S(t) changing by CAPCFLEE. The Study of CAPCFLEE enlarges the research and applied field of fuzzy mathematics.
