Study on the allocation of water resources in cities based on the transformation of industry

This paper studied with the environmental and ecological constraints, the urban economy how to effectively use water resources to cope with the transformation of industry. The paper analysis Chinese urban water industry efficiency, and noted that the relationship between its industrial structure. The paper raised the industrial transformation of property rights mechanism design based on water resources allocation.
