AN FIT(FEED-IN TARIFFS) COMPUTATION MODEL AND ITS STRAIGHTFORWARD SOLUTION USING THE LEVEL1SED GENERATION COST OF ELECTRICITY GENERATING FROM WIND POWER
Levelized generation cost(LGC) is defined as an constant annual cost that is equivalent on a present-value basis to the actual annual costs, which are themselves variable. This concept has been used to calculate a feed-in tariff(FIT) in the minimum price system widely implemented in the countries in Europe and other continents to promote the use of electricity generating from new and renewable energy. This paper shows correct formulae considered a corporate tax term and its straightforward solution to assess the most realistic LGC of wind power.
