CONVERSION DEVICE FOR SECONDARY EXCITATION WIND-POWERED ELECTRICITY GENERATION, CONTROL DEVICE FOR SECONDARY EXCITATION WIND-POWERED ELECTRICITY GENERATION, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING CONVERSION DEVICE FOR SECONDARY EXCITATION WIND-POWERED ELECTRICITY GENERATION
The present invention makes it possible to continue operation of a converter even when the rotational speed of a generator exceeds a slip range having upper and lower bounds of 30% of 1500 rpm, for example. A conversion device for secondary excitation wind-powered electricity generation comprises: a DC voltage regulator (AVDCR) that, on the basis of information of a system control power regulator (APR) and information of a stator-side voltage sensor and a generator-side converter current sensor, controls the generator-side converter by means of an excitation current regulator, and determines an amount of control for DC voltage from a DC voltage instruction and DC voltage sensor information; a system-side converter current regulator (ACR) that controls a system-side converter from a DC voltage amplitude calculation and system-side converter voltage information; a slip frequency calculator that compares information from a generator rotational speed sensor and a system-side voltage sensor and carries out slip control; a DC voltage instruction value calculator that generates the DC voltage instruction from slip control calculation information; and an adder-subtracter that compares information from the DC voltage instruction and a DC voltage sensor. The conversion device for secondary excitation wind-powered electricity generation has an upper and lower bound slip setting value for which the rotational speed of the generator is centered on a synchronous speed, detects deviation from the slip range, and alters the DC voltage.
