Using renewable energy sources is in direct conjunction with increasing the quality of interior spaces in buildings, that is one of the impose models for increasing energy efficiency in office buildings. This paper presents a stand-alone hybrid model of isolated mini wind turbines for electricity power supply a system of four office building. Based on the data measured seven-day-hour of electricity consumption in four office buildings in the winter time, we came to the conclusion that the consumption of energy increased due to inadequate thermal comfort and that un-comfort is a reason for increasing electricity consumption. Simulation set model hybrid system is made in software TRNSYS and it consists power supply of four office building of different sizes. The period of simulation was done for the first three months of 2008 year (January, February, March) and data which was used is from meteorological station in Belgrade "Nikola Testa". The results indicate that the hybrid system can compensate for a given load, but that time is unstable and it is necessary to introduce an additional source of electricity, for stable power supply.
