There are over 400 definitions around creativity. We can say that creativity involves different ways tolook, being open to new experiences and approaches, the ability to solve problems, divergent thinking,creation of new ideas, imagination, motivation--along with a desire for improvement-, assumption ofrisk and innovation among other factors. We could summarize saying that creative thinking is theability to combine or understand elements of novel way, breaking down barriers between differentareas and allowing us to an innovative approach to various problems.Different experts underline that creativity is a key factor for projects of any kind to prevail but theremust be several factors for the development of creativity to be possible. This study analyzes thesefactors as well as the most appropriate teaching and learning methodologies.
