摘要

2,4,6-trinitrotoluen (TNT) is a toxic compound which can negatively influence environment and public health at the places where it is deposited. Time dependence was observed in this work of water solubility of TNT from VN 2 cartridge, designed for seismic survey. The aim was to bring a contribution to risk analysis of underground and drinking waters contamination and subsequent menace to public health in the area of the bore holes, where the cartridges are placed, in Halenkovice village region. Quantitative determination of TNT was accomplished using the combination of solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). On the basis of the data measured and geological survey the risk of water contamination in the said region was evaluated. To assess the real level of contamination, 6 samples of drinking water were taken from the wells of the houses in the endangered region and analyzed.
