A Unique Trial of Developing Software for the Actual Application by an Engineer with Non-Software Background

摘要

An attempt to develop a full-fledged software system by an engineer who has no software experiences is described. It is shown that use of the LYEE methodology made the attempt possible and practical with a little assistance and guidance by an experienced engineer. It is confirmed that the method developed through this attempt is useful for nurturing system architects, thereby enabling to realize our ultimate goal that is to transform a non software company to a software company.
