The development of mm and submm ranges bases on studying and application of multiplicity of wave phenomena in semiconductor structures. In [1-3] the volume and surface phenomena of various nature were studied. Here we consider the wave dispersion in composite structure with semiconductor films on dielectric substrates and sputtered between them ribbon perfectly conducting grating. The structure is located on screened dielectric layer and shown on fig.1.
