We creatively investigated and compared the chemosensitivity of 16 kinds of antitumor drugs either single or combined on A549 and PLC cells by a real-time cell electronic sensing (RT-CES) system. We got several sensitive drugs for A549 and PLC cells respectively, and summarized many kinds of effective clinical combination proposals. It was found that the average inhibition ratio on A549 cells was higher than PLC cells. It is concluded that the RT-CES system is a simple and rapid method for detecting chemosensitivity of anticancer drugs in vitro and it is conducive to give the reference guidance for clinical individualized treatment.
