LTCC Processing Standards from the IMAPS LTCC Standards SIG

This paper discusses the effort under way by the IMAPS LTCC Standards SIG to produce a coherent and unified standard for LTCC Processing. The need of the effort, the history and procedures to be followed, IMAPS role, current situation, needs and path forwards are discussed. At the end of the presentation we will consider a draft of the standards.
