Membrane Emulsification Technology and Applications in Particulate Delivery System

摘要

Membrane emulsification technique can be used to prepare all kinds of emulsions, particulates and liposomes. Because of the low energy expenditure, mild operation condition, simple equipment, membrane emulsification technology is particularly suitable for large scale production. This paper summarized its principle and applications in preparing emulsions, microcapsules and nanoparticles.
