Introduction to the Pulstec μ-X360 XRD residual stress analyser based on the cos α method of analysis - (PPT)

Based on the cosα analysis method, we have developed an XRD system for scientists and engineers to achieve the rapid measurement of residual stress in the near surface region of polycrystalline materials. Due to the compact nature and ease of use, the system can be used equally well in the lab, workshop or 'on-site'.
