The role and significance of sustainable management, as a part of business excellence, becoming ever more important in the future. The increasingly limited environment resources demand managers of organisational systems to perform alternative measures in managing organisational systems. On e of the techniques being developed for this purpose is Business Excellence Model. The article focuses on Sustainable Management as a part of Business Excellence of Dravske Elektrarne Maribor (DEM).
