摘要

Soil stabilization techniques are used to improve the quality of marginal granular bases. A study was carried out to evaluate the short-term and long term performance of stabilized bases in terms of modulus. The impact of the type and concentration of additives (such as cement and fly ash) and the type and gradation of coarse aggregates (such as dolomite, limestone and sandstone) on the mixture performance were studied. Differences in compaction characteristics as well as the change in modulus as a function of time exposed to moisture were evaluated.
