Research on Cooling Velocity of the Particles During the Spray Process

With an aim at the problem of the Amorphous alloy forming process complex,the method of plasma spray is used to study fabricating Fe_(79)Si_(10)B_(11) amorphous alloy. The amorphous alloy elements constitution and structure are tested by XRD and TEM, the relations between the temperature and velocity of the particles by Spray watch-2i; Calculated the cooling velocity of the particles during the spraying process throug the method of heat transfer. The results show that: the structure is homogeneous and the cooling velocity of the particles during the spraying process is 4.14x10~5K/S.
