Innovative Way of Development of Inclusive Education in Foreign Countries and in Kazakhstan

摘要

Democratic transformations in a modern society cont-ribute to appearance and practical implementation of inclu-sive education ideas in Kazakhstan. In recent years the ma-in indicators for life quality of disabled children have greatly changed in the Republic. The number of handicapped chil-dren has increased up to 49 thousand aged till 16, among them 2270 children with disabilities are taught at home, having no opportunity to study with their age peers in regu-lar educational establishments. The parents do not have enough information on protection of their children's rights.
