摘要

The paper deals. with the basic notions of anthropology of education as an innovative conceptual basis to construct developing education for its different types, levels and stag-es. The main point of anthropology of education is in the fact that it is simultaneously an integral system of educa-tional knowledge and a complex of anthropo - techniques to devise the practice of developing education itself. It is only in this case that it is possible to constructively discuss the conditions of increasing the scale and quality of "the human potential" as the general factor of cultural and social - eco-nomic development of the region.
