Creating better foam with VORANOL~(TM) VORACTIV~(TM) polyols from Dow

摘要

In a continuing effort to develop products that offer technological advantages, Dow has introduced VORANOL~(TM) VORACTIV~(TM) polyols, a new line of catalytically active polyols that offer major production benefits, running cost improvements and at the same time eliminate amine emissions from polyurethane foam production. VORANOL VORACTIV polyols have demonstrated significant improvements throughout the whole foam production process. This starts with reduced materials handling to better block production with reduced waste to final foam quality and a cleaner working environment. This paper details all of these advantages with the aim to help foam producers to optimize their process as well as their economics.
