Magnetic Moment of Ultrathin Epitaxial Fe{sub}3O{sub}4 Films on GaAs(100)

We have recently demonstrated that the epitaxial growth of Fe{sup}3O{sup}4 on GaAs(100). In this paper, we report the magnetic properties, in particular, the thickness dependence of the magnetization of ultrathin Fe{sub}3O{sub}4 films grown on GaAs(100).
