Warfare system is a complex system. Warfare process, e.g., engagement between opposite red force and blue force, is so complex, distributed and intelligent that we have great difficulties in performing complex warfare system simulation. To solve the problem, multi-agent-based modeling and simulation technology is applied to this domain. According to agent definition of mapping function from perception sequences to actions, the mapping from complex warfare system's members to respective agents is set up. Thus, the distributed multi-agent complex warfare system organization and its combat agent model are designed in this paper. As the further analysis for the system application, the inter-agent problems, i.e., combat agent interactions are also studied by using a modified Contract Net Protocol and quantitative analysis. The results by implementing simulation prove the feasibility and efficiency of our model, and show its advantages in realizing platform-level complex warfare system simulation.
